Pushing, pushing, pushing…

Dear Puzzler Friends,

This is an update about our last few weeks:

-100 internal Jukebox core skeletons are now assembled (photos).

-Surface treatments for the majority of pieces are also finished (photos).

-Minority of the surface treatments need a second go for incomplete or inhomogenous staining, optical disturbance, blemish, etc. These elements have been denuded, sanded, repolished and rewashed. The second try of surface treatment is underway.

-Protective and eco-friendly boxes for all 200 puzzles are now ready and stocked (photos). It is hard for me not to show you the internals, but I really think that the opening of the box will be a standalone AHA-moment, that I do not wish to take away. Do not expect anything tricky here, just the usual excitement, when mail-call arrives and one opens the box 🙂

-Printable accessories have been sampled and test-printed. Serial printing will begin shortly.

-Invoice drafts have been prepared and the database to handle shipping info have been created.

We will start final assembly of the first 100 puzzles very shortly. This means filling internal cores up with small particles and tools to activate mechanisms, which lock the secret compartments. Next, we will perform housing of the completed internal cores with their external main shells and cover them with their front plates, before final playtesting can begin.

Thank you for your patience and understanding for the necessary delays, which always happen in order to provide a product of highest possible quality that we can reach and you deserve.

Kind regards,
Daniel
